| 摘 要： | 乡镇企业面对突发事件仅仅依靠自身的力量难以做到高效、快速、协调、灵活应对。提出了乡镇企业应急联盟的构想,从资源稀缺性、合作有效性和事件风险性的角度分析了乡镇企业应急联盟的形成动因,探讨其运行的约束、信任和协调机制,并对乡镇企业应急联盟的运行流程进行了深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Facing the emergency,township enterprise is difficult to be effective,fast,harmonious and flexible only with self's strength.The paper brings forward the idea of township enterprise emergency alliances and discusses its formative reasons by the view of resource scarcity,cooperation effectiveness,and event risks.The restriction mechanism,trust mechanism and coordination mechanism for its operation are also analyzed.Finally,the operation process of township enterprise emergency alliance is carefully discussed... |
