| 摘 要： | 土地集约利用强调土地现阶段的经济效益,即以最少的投入获得土地的最高产出。对环境的保护、代际关系的处理并不是土地集约利用的主要目标。土地可持续利用不但要求获得土地的经济效益,土地的生态效益和社会效益都是其追求的目标。土地可持续利用虽然强调对环境的保护,重视代际关系的处理,但它还是强调人是自然的征服者和改造者,是一种向土地资源索取的土地利用方式。城市绿色发展要求要有一种新的土地利用方式——土地绿色利用。土地绿色利用强调人与人、人与自然的平等,这是一种土地资源利用的新观念。
