基于SolidWorks的破茬开沟犁刀的设计与强度分析

摘    要:破茬装置是茬地免耕播种机的关键工作部件,直接影响着播种机的播种质量。在目前国内所使用的破茬装置的基础上,设计出一种新型的破茬开沟犁刀。为研究其强度特性,减少工作时的故障,应用SolidWorks建立了破茬开沟犁刀的三维模型,用Cosmos对其进行了有限元分析,得到破茬开沟犁刀在工作时的变形和应力大小,找出了其强度薄弱环节。结果表明,破茬开沟犁刀的最大应力为5.862×108 N/m2,最大扭曲位移为2.648 mm,对破茬开沟犁刀进行了改进设计,应用Cosmos进行静态分析,表明改进后破茬开沟犁刀的强度和刚度明显提高,为其优化设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Absract Break crop device is the key to no-tillage seeder working parts,directly affecting the quality of sowing machine.Currently,basedon the domestic used break crop,a new kind of driving colter is designed.To study the strength property and reduce trouble in work,a three-dimensional model on driving colter is created,using FEM analysis on driving colter with Cosmos.The distortion and stress of driving colter inservice load are obtained,and the weak links are found.The maximum stress is 5.862 × 108N/m2 and the maximum offset is 2.648 mm.Thedriving colter is modified based on Cosmos.Results show that the strength and rigidity are increased,and the optimization design provides ref-erence basis.
