| 摘 要： | 有针对性地提出了基层农技推广行为综合评价指标体系应遵循的原则,从基层农技推广机构和农技推广人员2个层面,构建了涵盖农技推广机构的内部管理制度、硬件设施、创新能力、农技推广人员的个人特征、学习能力5个方面内容的指标体系,指标体系构建对提高基层农业技术推广效率,促进我国基层农技推广体系健康、可持续性发展,具有重要意义。
