厨馀堆肥腐熟度评估分析

摘    要:[目的]建立厨馀堆肥的腐熟度评估指标。[方法]通过对厨馀堆肥好气堆积处理的研究,了解腐熟厨馀堆肥特性。[结果]确定堆肥的pH值、电导率、有机质、全氮、碳氮比、阳离子交换容量、养分和污染物含量等作为堆肥腐熟度的评估指标。[结论]该研究可为厨馀堆肥制作和施肥提供理论依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to build a complete evaluating indicator on the rotted degree of kitchen residue.[Method] Based on the composting process of aerobic composting,the characteristics of kitchen residue composting were analyzed.[Result] The factors of pH value,conductivity,organic matter,entire nitrogen,carbon to nitrogen ratio,cationic exchange content,nutrient,pollutant content and so on were determined as evaluation index of rotted degree of composting.[Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for kitchen residues production and fertilizers application.
