摘    要:目的]探讨解除温室环境下PP333对高羊茅(Festuca arundinace)生长抑制的措施。方法]在高羊茅移出温室后用不同水平的氮肥和赤霉素对其进行处理,观察高羊茅生长变化情况。结果]氮肥能提高高羊茅的株高、茎粗、叶长和叶宽,增加分蘖数,但与对照相比这种效果差异不显著,同时根长与对照相当;赤霉素能提高高羊茅株高、叶长,且与对照相比差异达到极显著水平,但施用赤霉素的处理茎粗、分蘖数和叶宽小于对照,根长与对照相当。施用氮肥的处理与移栽前的高羊茅相比,各指标的增幅变化不大,而施用赤霉素的处理,株高和叶长与移栽前的高羊茅相比增幅变化很大,分别达450%~650%。结论]在施用赤霉素时,同时施用适量的氮肥,能使赤霉素解除PP333对高羊茅生长抑制的效果更好。
