| 摘 要： | 对2004～2008年盐城市城镇化水平与城市环境主要污染物排放量变化进行了分析,阐述了盐城市城镇化发展过程中存在的环境问题,并从规划、产业、污染治理、公众参与等方面提出了盐城城镇化与生态环境协调发展的途径。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the urbanization level and variation of the main pollutants emissions in Yancheng City from 2004 to 2008,expounded the environmental problems in its urbanization process,and then proposed the solutions to promote the coordinated development between urbanization and ecological environment from the perspectives of planning,industry,pollution control and public participation. |
