| 摘 要： | [目的]建立HPLC测定锦灯笼[Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii（Mast.）Makino]宿萼中槲皮素含量的方法。[方法]色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18（250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（V∶V=55∶45）;流速为1.0 ml/min;进样量为20μl;检测波长为360 nm;柱温为50℃。[结果]槲皮素进样浓度在4.0~40.0μg/ml范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 6）;槲皮素平均回收率为98.17%,RSD值为0.46%。[结论]该方法简便、准确,可用于锦灯笼宿萼的质量控制。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To establish HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in CALYX SEU FRVCTUS PHYSALIS.[Method] The HPLC Conditions were:Diamonsil-C18 column(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 um),mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(V∶ V=55∶ 45),flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,sampling amount of 20 ul,detection wavelength of 360 nm and column temperature of 50 ℃.[Result] In the range of 4.0-40.0 ug/ml,the relationship between concentration of quercetin and peak area was good,(r=0.999 6);the mean recovery of quercetin was 98.17% with RSD value of 0.46%.[Conclusion] Simple in operation and accurate in result,this method established in this study can be used to quality control of Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.) Makino. |
