| 摘 要： | 目的]研究二纹蕈甲（Dacne picta Crotlh）蛹体的变化和羽化行为。方法]对室内饲养的二纹蕈甲进行观察并记录。结果]二纹蕈甲羽化前,蛹的复眼、上颚、跗节和翅的颜色逐渐加深。化蛹后第14～16 d为羽化高峰期,雌雄性比接近1∶0.77。羽化时,蛹壳由前胸背板处裂开,后翅在收缩折叠前,有伸展的现象。结论]该研究摸清了二纹蕈甲蛹体的变化和羽化行为。

| Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to study the pupae changes and eclosion behaviors of Dacne picta Crotch.Method] The D.picta reared in the laboratory were observed and recorded.Result] Before the eclosion,the color of compound eyes,maxillae,tarsi and wings of pupae was gradually deepened.The 14th-16th days after pupation were the peak times for eclosion,and the ratio of female to male was close to 1:0.77.During eclosion,the puparium of D.picta dehisced from pronotum,and the inferior wing had extension phenomenon before contraction and folding.Conclusion] The research confirmed the pupae changes and eclosion behaviors of D.picta. |
