摘    要:[目的]简化甘蔗试管苗的培养程序。[方法]用添加不同浓度赤霉素的MS培养基培养ROC22甘蔗试管苗,测定试管苗株高、节数量、移栽存活率等指标。[结果]赤霉素处理对试管苗的株高、节数量、移栽存活率和生根有促进作用,特别是对试管苗的株高、节的生长有显著促进作用,以赤霉素处理浓度1~3 mg/L为最好。[结论]赤霉素能显著地促进ROC22试管苗的瓶外生根率和存活率,因此甘蔗试管苗可以实现生根与驯化移栽一步完成。
