《食品微生物学实验》教学改革与实践

摘    要:分析了《食品微生物学实验》教学中存在问题,并提出了完善《食品微生物学实验》教学改革的措施。结果表明,通过对《食品微生物学实验》教学内容、教学方法的改革,取得了较好的教学效果。

Abstract:The problems in the teaching of Food Microbiology Experiment were analyzed,moreover,the measures for perfecting the teaching reform of Food Microbiology Experiment were put forward.The results indicated that based on the reform on teaching contents and teaching methods of Food Microbiology Experiment,it had attained preferable teaching results.
