软枣猕猴桃对家兔小肠平滑肌的影响

目的]观察药用植物软枣猕猴桃滤液对家兔小肠离体平滑肌运动功能的影响。方法]制作家兔离体肠段标本,记录处理前后肠段的平滑肌收缩强度和静息张力,换算成张力和频率进行比较。结果]较低浓度（5~15 mg/ml）的软枣猕猴桃滤液可明显兴奋小肠平滑肌的自发收缩活动,并显著减弱氯化乙酰胆碱对小肠平滑肌活动的增强效应;而在高浓度时（30~50 mg/ml）则增加平滑肌的静息张力。结论]软枣猕猴桃滤液对胃肠运动具有较为复杂的调整作用。

Effect of Actinidia arguta(Sieb. et Zucc.) Planch. on Intestinal Muscle of Rabbit

Objective] To investigate the influence of the filtrate of the medicinal Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc.)Planch.on the isolated intestinal segment motion of rabbit.Method] After make intestinal segment specimen of rabbit,the contraction intensity and quiet interest tension of intestinal segment′s smooth muscle were recorded and converted into tension and frequency.Result] Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc.) Planch.filtrate with lower concentration(5-15 mg/ml) could excite unmediated contraction motion of the small intestine smooth muscle obviously,and could strengthen the effect of ACh to the motion of the small intestine smooth muscle remarkably.Whereas that of higher concentration(30-50 mg/ml) could increase the tensility of smooth muscle.Conclusion] The filtrate of Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc.) Planch.has complicated adjustment function to the motion of the stomach and bowel.
