摘    要:[目的]建立刺梨中Vc含量的测定方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法对刺梨中的Vc进行含量测定。[结果]维生素C在0.112~1.120 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.29%。[结论]RP-HPLC法简便、快速、重复性好,可作为刺梨的质量控制方法。

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to establish the method to determine Vc content in Rosa roxburghii Tratt..[Method]The method of RP-HPLC was adopted to determine the Vc content in Rosa roxburghii Tratt..[Result]A good linearity was seen of Vc within the range of 0.112-1.120 mg/ml with an average recovery of 99.29%.[Conclusion]RP-HPLC is simple and rapid with good reproducibility,which could beused for the quality control of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.
