| 摘 要： | 信息技术对学术期刊编辑工作的影响主要体现在学术期刊编辑理念、编辑工作方式和编辑手段、编辑知识结构3个方面。编辑理念的变革主要集中在办刊中充分体现主体意识、策划意识和创新意识。对编辑工作方式和编辑手段的影响表现在:计划制订更为科学、合理,更具针对性;组稿更为科学、准确,确保稿件的前瞻性和学术性;审稿方式更为科学、简捷;编辑加工方式实现了编校方式的一体化。信息技术要求学术期刊编辑从单一专科型编辑向现代高素质全能型编辑转变。

| Abstract: | The impact of information technology on academic journals mainly lies on three aspects such as the editorial ideology of academic journals,the mode of editing and the editors' knowledge structure.It functions mainly on the completed embodiment of subjective,scheme and creative.It enables the planning more scientific,logical and objective.It spurs the solicit contributions more scientific,precise ensuring the contributions' forecasting and academics.It makes the editing more scientific,simple and fast.The application of information technology needs academic editor transforming from the single technique to the modern,high quality,universal ones. |
