摘    要:在301只(试验组260只,对照组41只)健康肉用家兔上对中药十八反(藻、戟、遂、芫与甘草组)的刺激作用和毒性进行了试验研究。内容包括临床观察、血液及生化指标测定、病理剖检及组织学检查等.用实验量的四种单味药海藻、大戟、甘遂、芫花及其与甘草配伍后,在260只家兔(其中60只进行了组织学检查)于服药后5、24、48小时观察,临床不显异常变化。病理学及组织学检查的结果,试验组与对照组相比出现了明显差异。血液12项生理生化指标测定,单味组与健康对照组、配伍组与健康对照组分别进行非配对 t 检验,其结果无一定规律性。计96个项目中,28项表现差异显著(P<0.05),13项表现差异非常显著(P<0.01)。试验结果还表明,大戟与甘草配伍后其毒性比单味大戟增强,而甘遂与甘草配伍后其毒性比单味甘遂减弱。


Studies on the antagonisms among 18 Chinese medicinal herbs:——Ⅱ.The Toxicity Experiment with Five Chinese medicinal Herbs in Rabbits
Abstract:In order to further look into the causes of the antagonisms among 18 Chinese medicinal herbs,the stimulation and toxicity experiment,with five Chinese medicinal herbs (Sargassum Pallidum(Turn)C.Ag,Knoxia valerianoides Thorel.et Pitarol,Euphorbia Kansui Tiou mss.,and Daphne Genkwa Siep.et Zuce against Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch) as a group,were taken in 301 healthy rabbits,in which,260 rabbits were used as experimental groups and 41 rabbits as Controls.This experiment contained four aspects:clinical observation,postmortem,hematologic and biochemical analysis and histological examination.Four herbs were cooperated with Glycyrriza Uralensis Fisch respectively,and given to different experimental rabbits at tested dosage,Abnormal clinieal signs were not observed after 5,24,and 48 hours. in pathological and ihistological findings,there was an obvious difference between the experiment groups and controls. Ir twelve items of hematologic and biochemical values analysed with t test statistics,there was no regular pattern between neither the single herb groups and healthy control groups, nor cooperative herb groups and healthy control groups.For all of 96 analysis items,there was a significant difference in 26 items (p<0.05)and a highly significant difference in 28 items (p<0.01).The results obtained indicated that the toxicity of Knoxia Valerianoides Thorel.et Pitarol cooperated with Glyeyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch is increaaed than sing(?) Knoxia valerianoides Thorel.et Pitarol,the toxicity of Euphorbia Kensui Tiou mss.cooperated with Glyeyrrhiz Uralensis Fisch is deereased than single Euphoebia Kansui Tiou mss.
