| 摘 要： | 利用体细胞胚对胡萝卜进行离体再生，具有数量多、速度快、成苗率高、染色体稳定等优点。影响胡萝卜体细胞胚发生的因素很多，主要集中于基因型、外植体、激素配比、基本培养基等方面。对影响胡萝卜体细胞胚建成关键因素进行综述，以为提高胡萝卜体细胞胚的诱导频率、建立高效的胡萝卜离体再生体系和以胡萝卜为受体的植物遗传转化体系提供参考。

| Abstract: | There are many advantages to regenerate carrot by using somatic embryogesis,such as large quantities, quickness, high efficiency of shooting and stability of chromsomes. Genotype, explant, the ration of planthoremones,the basic medium are the main factors influcing carrot somatic embryogesis. On the purpose of increasing the inducible frequency of carrot somatic embryogesis,giving reference to high efficiency of carrot regeneration and transformation,the author reviewed the main factors influcing the establishment of somatic embryogesis and its current progress. |
