豫北地区大叶黄杨褐斑病病原菌生物学特性的研究

摘    要:大叶黄杨褐斑病的病原菌为坏损尾孢(Cerospora destructive rav.)。分生孢子在25℃时萌发率最高;浓度为5%的葡萄糖和浓度为5%的蔗糖液中分生孢子的萌发率相近,且稍高于在大叶黄杨叶片煎汁和自来水中的孢子萌发率;分生孢子在酸性、中性、碱性条件下都能萌发,但在酸性条件下萌发率更高,在pH值为4时萌发率最高;不同的光照条件对孢子萌发无显著影响。

Abstract:The pathogenic fungus of leaf spot of Euonymus japonicus is Cercospora destructive rav.Conidia germination was best at 25 ℃.The ratio of conidia germination in 5 % glucose was close to that in 5 % sucrose,but there was little higher than that in leaf decocted with liquid of euonymus and tap water.Conidia can germinate well at wide range of pH,and the best was 4.0.Different illumination had no significant influence on germination of conidia.
