| Abstract: | Astaxanthin is a kind of carotenoids with many biological functions,including anti-oxodation,anti-cancer and enhancing immunity.It has been widely applied in the fields of food,medicine and face-painting etc.In the paper the relation between its efficacy and some diseases,and its application in people's daily life were summarized. |
