白僵菌酯酶同工酶薄层等电聚焦电泳分析

摘    要:应用薄层等电聚焦电泳,分析了国内外不同地区、不同寄主47株白僵菌菌株的酯酶同工酶谱;依据各谱带等电点和扫描距离,确立了酶谱的三个区带。通过聚类分析和酯酶型分类,证实不同寄主的白僵菌酯酶同工酶谱差异显著,同一寄主而不同地区的白僵菌酯酶同工酶谱有一定的群体差异。与垂直平板凝胶电泳比较,薄层等电聚焦电泳用于白僵菌酯酶同工酶分析,分辨率较高。

Abstract:The esterase isozyme zymograms of 47 isolates of Beauveria bassianafrom different hosts and from various parts of China and other 12 countriesof North America and Europe were analysed by using thin layer-IEF electro-phosis. The result shows 3 main enzymatic profiles which can be identifiedaccording to the zymograms and their differences of isoelectric points (PI)and scanning distance (Y). There is a pH value suitable for each isolate,which may be helpful not only to improve the activity of esterase, but alsoto increase the virulence. A fuzzy cluster analysis for classing isozymesreveals that zymograms of the isolates from different hosts are significantlydistinguished, and moreover the zymograms from the same host but fromdifferent regions also vary to a certain degree.
