| 摘 要： | 采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金颗粒，并将其标记SPA，将金标SPA包被至玻璃纤维膜上，将猪圆环病毒2型（PCV-2） Cap蛋白、抗SPA抗体分别包被至硝酸纤维素膜的检测线与质控线上，建立了一种检测PCV-2抗体的胶体金免疫层析方法。检测阳性样品时，在检测线和质控线处均出现红色条带；检测阴性样品时，仅在质控线处出现红色条带。该方法与ELISA相比，其灵敏度为89.19%，特异性为100%，并且与PCV-1、猪瘟病毒（HCV）、猪伪狂犬病毒（PRV）、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）、猪细小病毒（PPV）阳性血清无交叉反应。
