| 摘 要： | 弱势群体是社会的特殊群体,为弱势群体服务是公共图书馆的职责之一。目前还有许多制约公共图书馆为弱势群体开展服务的因素,需要我们在实践中努力克服,以便更好保障本地区弱势群体物质和文化的利益,构建和谐的社会。
