| Abstract: | Speeding up water conservancy construction, is the foundation for developing quality-benefit type agriculture, and is its guarantee. By means of summarizing everywhere's practice in Heilongliang Province in recent two years, the inpor- tance of developing water saving irrigation and strengthening water conservancy construction is described comprehensively from the relationship between water and quality-benefit type agriculture. It has some referential significance for the other regions which have similar conditions nationwide. |
