| 摘 要： | 本文在分析石油农业的弊端和生态农业优越性的基础上,提出我国开发大西北过程中在农业生产方面,必须坚持生态农业的方向。为了使西北地区生态农业建设卓有成效,在指导思想上要注意以下几点:1、重点要放在内涵性发展而不是外延性发展上;2、把有机农业和无机农业结合起来,综合为物质和能量良性循环的农业;3、实行专业化与多种经营相结合的方针;4、吸收新技术革命的成果来推动生态农业的建设。

| Abstract: | Based on analysing the advantages of eco-agriculture and the disadvantagesof petro-agriculture, the paper puts forth that the ecoagicultural orientation m-ust be persisted in for the agricultural development of NW China. In orderto achieve a great deal in the ocoagricultural construction of NW China, theguiding thoughts must be focused on the following points: 1. Stresses must be laid on essential development, not spatial developme-nt. 2. Integrate the organic and inorganic agricultures together and makethe combination a comprehensive agriculture booming with healthy cyclings ofmaterial and energy. 3. Practising the combination of specialised and diversified economies inprinciple. 4. Introducing new technologies to give impetus to the construction of e-co-agriculture. |
