| 摘 要： | 分析了目前工程变更项目造价决算常采用方法的缺陷 ,并提出了要克服这种缺陷 ,最好在施工合同中要明确写入工程变更项目的决算要与投标报价保持同样优惠下降的条款 ,或者推行工程量清单招标。

| Abstract: | The shortages of current final cost accounting methods of engineering change projects are analyzed in the article. In order to overcome the deficiencies, the authors put forward that the items of final cost accounting and the price of bidding keeping the same favored alteration should be contained in construction contract, or public bidding about construction quantity bills is carried out. |
