红叶石楠无性系快繁技术研究

摘    要:以红叶石楠侧芽作为外植体,通过无性系快繁技术进行红叶石楠的外植体诱导培养、继代增殖培养以及生根培养研究。结果表明:红叶石楠最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,诱导率达48.15%;最合适的继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L,增殖系数为4.35。在1/2 MS+ABT 1.0 mg/L生根培养基中的生根效果最佳,生根率达到90.0%。

Abstract:Taking the lateral bud of Photina fraseri as explant,based on the technology of the rapid clone propagation,the induction culture、proliferation culture and rooting culture were researched.The results showed that the best induction medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,and the induction rate was 48.15%;the optimal prolifetation medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L,the proliferation rate reached 4.35;the most suitable rooting medium was 1/2 MS+ABT 1.0 mg/L,and the rooting rate was 90.0%.
