| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国茶类地理标志保护进展,探讨恩施玉露地理标志知识产权保护的现状与发展对策,建议扩大保护范围;尽快制订国家质量标准;充分利用农业品牌类遗产"恩施玉露",保护农业物种类遗产品种;开发恩施玉露茶文化的旅游资源。

| Abstract: | The intellectual property protection of geographical indications of our country teas were omtrpdiced,the development countermeasure on the intellectual property protection of Enshi Yulu were discussed,and suggested to expand the extent of protection;to draw up its national standard as soon as possible;to make full use of agricultural brand inheritanceEnshi Yulu;to preserve its agricultural species inheritance;to develop the tourist resources. |
