武陵山片区自然遗产资源的保护与生态旅游开发

武陵山片区是我国未来10年扶贫攻坚主战场。本文分析了该片区自然遗产资源保护现状,并建议:(1)跨省联合申报世界自然遗产、世界地质公园、世界生物圈保护区;(2)加强国家级风景名胜区、国家地质公园、国家级自然保护区、国家森林公园的申报工作及其片区协作;(3)申报国际重要湿地名录;(4)发展依托各种自然遗产的、跨行政限制的生态旅游系统;(5)重点创建中心城市的"国家级生态示范区";(6)构建森林生态旅游网络;(7)创建中心城市的"国家森林城市";(8)创建中心城市的"国家城市湿地公园";(9)重点发展八大类生态旅游。

Ecotourism and Protection of Natural Heritage Resources in Wuling Mountain Area

There are a lot of the natural heritage resources in the Wuling Mountain area.This article introduced the protection status of the natural heritage in this area,and recommended:(1) to do the inter-provincial joint declaration of the world natural heritage,the world geological park,the world biosphere reserve;(2) to strengthen the declaration of the national scenic area,the national geological park,the national nature reserve,the national forest park and its area cooperation;(3) to declare the international important wetland list;(4) to develop the inter-provincial joint ecological tourism system relying on various natural heritages;(5) to create the national ecological demonstration zone of the key center city;(6) to construct the forest ecological tourism network;(7) to create the national forest city of the key center city;(8) to build the national urban wetland park in the key center city;(9) to focus on the development of the eight kinds of ecological tourism.
