| 摘 要： | 编制外用工是事业单位普遍存在的用工形式。本文从农业科研单位的角度,阐述了编制外用工管理的现状,分析了存在的主要问题及其成因,并通过本单位的管理实践对完善编制外用工的管理提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | The employment of temporary staffs generally exists in institutions.From the standpoint of agricultural research institutions,the current management status of the employment of temporary staffs was stated in this paper.The main problems and their reasons for the management were also analyzed here.Moreover,some suggestions were put forward through the management practices. |
