| Abstract: | Differences and non - equivalents in vocabulary-level bring much difficulty to translation between English and Chinese. Therefore, on the basis of learning about the different cultural backgrounds between English and Chinese languages and correctly understanding the original meaning, such strategies as transliteration, transliteration with filling-up translation, free translation, literal translation, and literal translation with filling-up translation can be adopted. |
