摘 要: | 综述了近几年来马铃薯茎尖脱毒技术的研究进展,从马铃薯生产概况及危害马铃薯的主要因素、茎尖剥离发展历史及原理、茎尖脱毒技术要点、影响马铃薯茎尖脱毒效率的因素方面作了概述并对其发展前景进行了展望,以为马铃薯茎尖脱毒技术发展奠定基础。

Abstract: | In the paper,the recent studies on step-tip tissue culture of potato were reviewed.The respects about potato production situation,factors of potato production,historical development,theory and outline of virus-free on step-tip,and influencing factors on virus-free on step-tip tissue culture were summaried.Then the development prospect was presented so as to lay a foundation for the development of potato step-tip virus-free tissue culture. |
