热泵干燥系统的(火用)分析

摘    要:干燥技术的发展具有悠久的历史,涉及到国民经济的各个领域。热泵应用于农产品干燥节能中,易于控制干燥工质的温度和湿度,从而保证产品质量。为此,利用火用分析法分析了热泵干燥系统中各装置的火用损失和减少火用损失的途径,以便能更准确地了解能源利用情况,并针对不同的干燥形式采用火用分析法分析能源利用状况以便改进系统设计。

Abstract:The development of the drying technology has a long history, which refers to every domain of national economy. The heat pump, applied in drying agricultural products, is easy to control the temperature and humidity of the drying working medium to ensure the product quality. Hence, the exergy analysis is used to analyze the devices' exergy losses in the drying system of heat pump and the way to reduce the exergy losses, in order to find out the energy utilization condition. Aiming at different drying type, the exergy analysis is adopted to analyze the energy utilization condition to improve the system design.
