构筑嘉兴高标准平原绿化体系建设的雏议

荣获“全国平原绿化先进市”称号的嘉兴市，结合“九五”造林计划的实施，取得了一些阶段成果，主要体现在森林资源不断增长、认真开展达标工作、城乡一体化绿化建设蓬勃开展、科技兴林结硕果，但按江泽民总书记提出了的沿海地区率先实现农业和农村现代化的要求，还有很大的距离，为此，按前几年高标准实践经验，结合上级的新要求，提出完善规划、加强领导、突出重点、多方筹资、注重科技、依法治林共6项对策。

Proposition on Establishment of High Standard Plain Afforestation System in Jiaxing

Jiaxing city, awarded the honourable title of National Advanced Plain Afforestation City, made in the implementation of afforestion plan during the ninth Five-Year Plan stage achievements namely sustained increase of forest resources, development of reaching the set standard, integration afforestation in city and rural area, achievement by science and technology. But our work falls far short of the demands of modernization of agriculture and rural area in coastal region raised by the general secretary JIANG Ze-ming. Therefore, countermeasures namely improving plan, strengthening leadership, stressing the main points, raising funds, laying stress on science and technology, managing forest in conformity with legal provisions were proposed based on experiences and new demands.
