抑制真菌病害几丁质酶产生菌的筛选、鉴定

摘    要:从土壤中分离到132株细菌和链霉菌,用平板透明圈法筛选到32株产几丁质酶菌株,其中一株链霉菌经测定对稻瘟菌、水稻纹枯病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、小麦赤霉病菌等多种病原真菌具明显抑制作用,该菌经形态学及生理生化特性鉴定,初步定为球孢链霉菌(Streptomyces globisporus),是一种新的几丁质酶产生菌。

Abstract:32 chintinase-producing strains was screened by performing the plate transparent cycle method from 132 strains(bacteria and Streptomyces) isolated from soil.The strain obviously exhibited antagonism against numerous pathogens such as Magnaporthe grisea,Rhizoctonia solani and Gibberella zeae.The strain was proved to be a new chitinase-producing bacterium,which was identified as Streptomyces globisporus by morphological and physiochemical characteristics.
