摘    要:概述了钙素、激素在水果贮藏保鲜上的应用,介绍了几种有前景的保鲜技术,并对我国水果的贮藏保鲜提出建议。

Abstract:The application of calcium and hormone in storage and preserving of fruits were summaried. Several promising technique of storage and freshness were introduced. The suggestions on storage and preserving of fruit in China were predicted.
