柿叶抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:用不同方法对柿叶中抗氧化物质的提取、性能及有效成分进行了较系统的研究.结果发现:柿叶的石油醚、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取物均有很强的抗氧化作用,而以石油醚提取物抗氧化作用最强;提取物浓度达0.14时的抗氧化活性超过0.02BHT;提取物中抗氧化有效成分主要是酚类、鞣质类和黄酮类化合物.

Abstract:Different methods were used to study the extraction, characteristics, active components of antioxidant materials from persimmon leaves. It was found that all the extracts of persimmon leaves from ether, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, butanol showed strong antioxidation effects, among them, petroleum ether extract was the best one, and when the additive quantity of the extract reached to 0.14%, its antioxidation perfermance was stronger than that of 0.02% BHT. The components of antioxidation resistance mainly were phenols, tannins and flavonoids.
