蜜蜂螺原体对药物敏感性的测定

摘    要:经从病蜂身上分离,使用R—2培养基纯化培养,获得蜜蜂螺原体(以下简称螺原体)。将粗选的几种要测定的药物用液体R—2培养基配成梯度浓度,接种入纯培养的螺原体,测定螺原体对药物的敏感性,测定结果,螺原体对黄莲素和肿节风不敏感;而对四环素和太洛里十分敏感。

Abstract:Pure honeybee spiroplasma was obtained by isolation and purification form the honeybees in R-2 medium. BY using R-2 Hquid medium instead of oistilled water to adjust the concentration gradjent of the drugs, the sensitivity of honeybee spiroplasma to the drugs was assayed. Honeybee spiroplasms was not sensitive to berberine and sarcandra glabra. Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of tetracycline is 0.5PPm, and MIC of Tolysin is 0.001PPm. The results show that honeybee spiroplasms is very sensitive to these two drugs, Tolysin dissolves in water easily, and it is a kind of good grug to prevent spiroplasmosis.
