阿莫莱玫瑰葡萄的生长结果特性及优质丰产栽培技术

摘    要:阿莫莱玫瑰葡萄(マスカットヂュークアモーレ)是日本植源葡萄研究所用亚历山大×黑三尺杂交种子选育的欧亚种晚熟葡萄品种,在日本综合性状表现优良。为了了解和掌握该品种在以上海为中心的华东地区的生长结果习性和栽培方法,上海市农工商现代农业园区开发有限公司于2009年从日本植源葡萄研究所引进该品种进行试栽培。栽培试验运用多种树体管理技术,在土、肥、水管理,病虫害综合防治防控等方面进行重点技术突破,并对该品种的生物学特性、结果特性、物候期进行了观察和记载。经过5年的试验、观察和讨论,总结出了该品种的生长结果特性及优质丰产栽培技术,认为该品种果穗大,具有浓郁的玫瑰香味,品质优良,植株长势中庸,丰产性能好,抗病性强,适宜在江浙沪及山东、安徽等华东地区推广种植。

Abstract:objective: Bicycle travelers'' acute cycling capacity under simulated plateau environment is investigated. Methods: Seven subjects were freshmen students of south China Agricultural University, average age was 19.80±0.83 years, They are all bicycle travelers and have no plateau travel experience. They had done bicycle with their maximize ability to exhaustion, The step power cycling of subjects is from 50w(50RPM) to 250w, increasing 50W every 3minute in normal environment and simulation plateau environment (16.8% oxygen), Indexes including heart rate, RPE and blood lactic acid before were assayed, both after exercise and immediately in per load level. Results: Both heart rate and RPE were increasing with the increase of intensity in two kinds of circumstances, from 150w to 250w or exhaustion, Heart rate of the simulated plateau was higher than normal environment, RPE was higher than normal environment from 150w to the end, but all had no significantly difference (P>0.05), and the exhaust time was significantly shortened (P<0.01). Conclusions: The capacity of the bicycle travelers has certain reduced under plateau environment, so the bicycle travelers should reduce the strength and have proper rest when they first go to the plateau.
