摘    要:[目的]最大限度地提高扦插火龙果的生根率和成苗率,确定最优的扦插基质,为大规模工厂化生产提供依据。[方法]以新红龙果为试验材料,采用6种不同基质配方,对其插条进行扦插生根的成活率、生根质量、抽梢的影响试验。[结果]在基质C(锯末屑∶猪粪∶田园土=1∶1∶2)中火龙果插条的成活率最高,达93.3%;平均生根5.3条/株,平均根长8.4 cm,表现尚佳;总抽梢量最多,平均枝梢长度最长。[结论]从成活率、生根率、最大根长、抽梢率和枝梢生长量来看,以基质C综合效应最好,基质F(河沙)最差。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to furthest enhance the rooting rate and seedling rate of pitaya cuttings so as to ascertain the optimum cutting medium and provide basis for large-scale industrial production.[Method] With Hylocereus polyrhizus(Weber) Britt & Rose as tested material,the influences of cutting media on rooting survival rate,rooting quality and sprouting of Pitaya cuttings were tested by 6 kinds of cutting medium formulas.[Result] The survival rate of pitaya cuttings in medium C(sawdust Vs pig dung Vs garden soil=1∶1∶2) was highest,reaching 93.3%,which was the better with average rooting number being 5.3 per cutting,average root length being 8.4 cm,total sprouting amount being most and average shoot length being longest.[Conclusion] Viewing from survival rate,rooting rate,most root length,sprouting rate and shoot growth increment,the synthetic effect of medium C was best and that of medium F(river sand) was worst.
