摘    要:文章以黄瓜为材料,研究了一氧化氮对低温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的缓解作用。结果表明,0.5,1.0 mmol·L-1适宜浓度的一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(Sodium nitroprusride,SNP)能够降低低温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片质膜透性,提高低温胁迫条件下黄瓜幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量,抑制过氧化作用产物丙二醛的积累,提高幼苗体内过氧化物酶活性,从而提高了黄瓜幼苗对低温胁迫的适应性。

Abstract:This article took cucumber as material,studied the alleviating effect of nitric oxide on cucumber seedlings under the low temperature stress.The result indicated that 0.5,1 mmol·L-1 SNP can reduce the leaf blade protoplasmic membrane penetrability,enhance the leaf blade's chlorophyll content of cucumber seedlings under the low temperature stress,and suppress the accumulation of MDA which produced by peroxidization,enhance the peroxidase activity of seedling in vivo.So,it can improve the compatibility of cucumber seedling against low temperature stress.
