摘    要:文章针对哈尔滨黑土27年长期定位施肥现状进行微生物数量测试分析。结果显示,施用肥料不仅可使土壤微生物总量提高,而且也使细菌、真菌数增加。其中,施用有机肥是引起微生物数量增加、有机质含量提高的主要因素。微生物总数与土壤有机质呈正相关的结果表明,土壤微生物总量也可以作为评价土壤肥力的一个重要指标。

Abstract:The paper investigated the amount of microorganism aiming at the status of long-term located fertilization on black soil for 27 years in Harbin city. The results showned that fertilizer not only can increase the total amount of microorganism, but also can increase the amount of bacilli and epiphyte. And organic fertilizer was the main factor for increasing microorganism and improving the organic content. The amount of microorganism shows positive correlation with the organic matter, indicating that the amount of microorganism can be an important index for appraising soil fertility.
