摘    要:苎麻对氮素的吸收和利用存在基因型差异,SPAD值可以很好的反应这种差异。本研究以26份苎麻种质为材料,通过测定旺长期和成熟期的SPAD值,使用t检验和方差分析等方法,以苎麻植株SPAD值为高光效评价指标来筛选高光效苎麻种质。

Abstract:There were genotype differences in nitrogen uptake and utilization in ramie, and SPAD value could well reflect the differences. In this study, 26 ramie germplasm were selected as materials, SPAD values of ramie plants were measured at flourishing and mature stages, and SPAD values of ramie plants were selected as high luminous efficiency evaluation indexes by t-test and variance analysis.
