普施特优势降解细菌的筛选与鉴定

摘    要:从普施特生产厂的污泥和长期施用普施特的土壤中筛选获得了4株能以普施特为唯一碳源生长,且对普施特具有较好降解功能的细菌(降解率均在80%以上)。对其进行形态特征、生理生化及16SrDNA序列分析。结果表明,zx2和zx7为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillussp).,zx5是产碱杆菌科(Alcaligenaceae bacterium)细菌,zx6是无色杆菌属(Achromobacter sp.)。

Abstract:Four strains of Imazethapyr degradable bacteria using Imazethapyr as a sole C source were isolated from the long-term use of the herbicide waste soil in a pesticide factory (the degradation rates were all above 80%). From the analyses of their morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence, the initial identification was as follow: zx2 and zx7 were Bacillus sp. bacterium, zx5 was Alcaligenaceae bacterium, and zx6 was Achromobacter sp.
