氧自由基在肾小球肾炎发病机制中的意义

摘    要:复制抗基底膜性肾小球肾炎动物模型。测量肾组织内MDA含量和SOD活力,并观察其形态学变化,结果显示,肾小球肾炎动物模型复制成功,图像测量分析发现共肾小球基底膜平均厚度增高;肾炎时肾组织MDA含量升高,SOD活力下降,表明:氧自由基在抗基底膜性肾小球肾炎发病机制中有重要意义。

Abstract:The antiglomerular basement membrane glomerulonephritis in rats was induced by rabbit antirat serum in rats,the content of MDA and SOD activity in the kidney were determined and the morphological changes of the renal tissue were observed The results revealed that the renal MDA level was much higher, while the SOD level was lower in glomerulonephritis rats as compared with control ahamals. The morphological changes of the renal tissues were obvious. the results suggest that the oxygen free radicals play an important role in pathogenesis of antiglomerular basement membrane glomerulonephritis.
