花粉超低温保存研究进展

摘    要:为满足种质资源保存和交换以及杂交育种工作的需求,花粉超低温保存研究日渐兴起并逐步深入,保存材料从农作物、果树逐渐扩展到药用植物、园林植物等各类植物花粉.花粉超低温保存研究最初主要集中在保存技术方面,随着研究工作的深入和完善,花粉超低温保存机理的研究也逐渐展开,超低温保存花粉效果的评价,也从花粉染色法、离体萌发法,逐渐发展到田间杂交育种的实际应用.该文对20世纪80年代以来成功进行了花粉超低温保存研究的植物材料进行了总结,重点介绍了花粉超低温保存技术程序,同时对保存效果的评价及超低温保存机理的研究进展进行了综述.

Abstract:In order to provide conservation and exchange of germplasm resources, and satisfy the requirement of hybridization, pollen cryopreservation has been well developed. Crops, fruits, medicinal and ornamental plants and other material have been involved. Many studies concentrated on the techniques of pollen cryopreservation. With the development of the technique, mechanisms of pollen cryopreservation were initiated. Effects of post-LN pollen were tested not only by staining and germination methods, but also through hybridization. This paper reviewed the plants that had been cryopreserved successfully during the last twenty years, mainly introduced the techniques of pollen cryopreservation and evaluation methods of thawed pollen. Meanwhile, the mechanism research process of pollen cryopreservation was reviewed.
