食用菌菌渣循环利用模式剖析——以成都市金堂县为例

为了优化食用菌菌渣的循环利用，拓宽食用菌菌渣的利用渠道和区域，笔者基于对金堂县食用菌菌渣处理现状实地调研的基础上，将金堂县食用菌菌渣循环利模式归纳为配料循环、饲料循环、肥料循环、燃料循环等4种模式；总结出食用菌菌渣循环利用总模式，并指出其存在农业科技力量薄弱、集约化处理力度不强、处理不当引起二次污染、栽培农户循环意识淡薄等问题；有针对性地提出了加强菌渣循环利用宣传、提供科技后勤保障、科学规划产业园区和扶持龙头企业等对策建议。
