| 摘 要： | 运用聚丙烯酰胺垂直梯度凝胶电泳法对淡水黑鲷(Hephaestus fuliginosus)6种组织（肝脏、心脏、脾脏、肾脏、肌肉和眼）的5种同工酶（酯酶（EST）、过氧化氢酶（CAT）、过氧化物酶（POD）、苹果酸脱氢酶（MDH）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH））进行了研究，并对其同工酶位点及酶谱进行了分析。结果表明，淡水黑鲷5种同工酶系统具有不同程度的组织特异性。EST检测到2个位点，每个位点都有2个等位基因。CAT检测到1个基因位点，存在2个等位基因。POD酶谱较复杂，有5个位点，Pod-2,3,4,5都检测到2个等位基因。MDH具有s-MDH和m-MDH两种类型，在各组织中均表达，s-MDH只形成一种二聚体，m-MDH仅在肝脏中有2条带，其余组织中为1条带。LDH在6种组织中都表达， Ldh-5只在心脏中能检测到。

| Abstract: | Five isozymes (EST,CAT,POD,MDH,LDH) in six tissues (liver,heart,spleen,kidney,muscle,eye) of Hephaestus fuliginosus were studied by using vertical polyacrylamide gel gradient electrophoresis.Zymograms and loci of these 5 isozymes were analyzed.The results showed that these five isozymes presented tissue specificity to some degrees.Two sites were detected with EST and each site was encoded by 2 loci.Only one site was detected with CAT which included 2 loci.The zymogram of POD was relatively complicated,inclu... |
