低温胁迫对黄连膜脂过氧化作用和抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:为探索黄连在低温胁迫下膜脂过氧化作用和抗氧化酶活性的变化情况,于黄连在0℃低温胁迫6天后进行了相关生理生化指标的测定。结果表明:低温胁迫使黄连叶片膜脂过氧化加剧,丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率显著增加,SOD酶活性降低,但POD酶活性显著升高,同时,羟自由基(OH?)的产生速率低于对照,而超氧阴离子O2?ˉ清除速率则低于对照。说明黄连虽然受到了低温胁迫的伤害,但仍具有通过自身生理调节缓解这种伤害的能力,研究还发现不同生长期黄连的伤害程度和缓解伤害的能力是不同的。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of low temperature stress on lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidant enzymes of Coptis chinensis Franch,correlative physiological and biochemical indexes were determined when it was the sixth day after Coptis chinensis Franch was under the low temperature.The result showed that:under the low temperature stress,relative electrical conductivity ratio and MDA content were increased significantly,but the generative rates of OH· and O2· ˉ in the leaf of Coptis chinensis Franch were decreased.The activity of POD was significantly increased while the activity of SOD was decreased which were inferred the antioxidant enzyme system were affected by the low temperature stress.Although Coptis chinensis Franch was injured from the low temperature,it had the ability to alleviate the injury by its own physiological regulation,however,the abilities in plants of different ages were different,and so were the injury degree.
