| 摘 要： | ABC转运蛋白（ATP-Binding Cassette）是目前已知最大、功能最广泛的蛋白家族之一，与植物次生代谢物的排泌、积累及跨膜运转密切相关。本研究筛选已构建的乙烯刺激橡胶树胶乳消减文库，克隆了1个ABC转运蛋白基因EST，通过RACE技术获得其全长cDNA序列，该基因开放阅读框（ORF）共3753 bp，编码1251个氨基酸残基。研究表明其在橡胶树基因组中存在多个拷贝，主要在胶乳中表达，且在乙烯或茉莉酸刺激（刺激产胶）条件下上调表达。推测其可能与橡胶生物合成过程中的物质运输密切相关。
