| 摘 要： | 以云南稻作生产上出现频率比较高的两个稻瘟病生理小种007和017，对元阳哈尼梯田20世纪70年代（简称“过去品种”）与近10年间（简称“当前品种”）两个不同时期种植的148个水稻地方品种进行苗期接种鉴定。结果显示，针对来自粳稻区生理小种007，抗性品种的比例为过去品种（76.4%）>当前品种（65.8%）；针对来自籼粳交错区生理小种017，过去品种（77.8%）>当前品种（52.6%）；抗稻瘟病的品种比例均为过去种植的品种高于当前种植的品种。对元阳哈尼梯田当前种植的水稻地方品种的致病性，来自籼粳交错区的生理小种017强于来自粳稻区的007，表现抗病的品种比例分别为52.6%和65.8%。最终筛选出‘老粳糯’、‘紫糯’、‘长毛香’、‘冷水谷’和‘丫多谷’5个品种，在两个不同时期的持久抗性呈一一对应关系，可提供深入研究与育种利用。 |
