叶面喷施磷钾元素对紫叶矮樱叶片显微结构影响的研究

摘    要:通过根外追肥的方式为紫叶矮樱提供磷钾营养,以研究不同浓度的磷钾肥对紫叶矮樱叶片显微结构的影响规律;试验在田间条件下,3年生紫叶矮樱为试材,P设0.5%,1.0%,1.5%3个浓度,K设0.4%,0.8%,1.2%3个浓度,清水为对照,3次重复。试验结果表明:叶片喷施磷钾肥后,紫叶矮樱叶片最直观表现是叶片细胞间隙变小,细胞颜色加深,细胞排列更加整齐;随着喷施磷肥浓度的增加,栅栏组织厚度逐渐降低,P3处理低于对照8.8μm,喷施钾肥后表现出相反的结果,K3处理高于对照12.0μm,表明K对栅栏组织的影响大于P;海绵组织与叶片厚度表现出随浓度升高而逐渐降低的变化。分析认为,外源磷钾肥对紫叶矮樱叶片显微结构具有显著的影响。

Abstract:Providing for the Prunus×Cistena phosphorus and potassium nutrition of the foliage top dressing,to study the way of blade microstructure of Prunus×Cistena in different concentrations of P and K.Test conditions in the field,3-year-old Prunus×Cistena as materials,P set 0.5%,1.0%,1.5% 3 concentration,K set 0.4%,0.8%,1.2% 3 concentration,water as control,repeat 3 times.The results showed that:after foliar P and K,leaf of Prunus×Cistena blade performance was the most intuitive smaller cell gap,cell color deepened,cells were arranged more neatly;with the increase of the concentration phosphate fertilizer spraying,palisade tissue thickness decreased,P 3 treatment lower than the control 8.8 μm,spraying fertilizer showed the opposite results,K 3 processing than the control 12.0 μm,that the impact of K on the palisade tissue than P;the thickness of spongy tissue and leaves showed decreased gradually with the concentration changes.Exogenous P and K with Prunus×Cistena leaf on the microstructure had a significant impact.
